FAQ
* How many girls are included in the base package?

The base package includes 6 guests and your Birthday Girl, making it 7 total.  Each additional girl is $25/each for all packages.

*Is there a deposit?
Yes.  There is a $100 deposit required to hold a date and time.  Deposits can be taken by Paypal, check mailed or dropped off at the Princess Parlor, or card by phone.  Please keep in mind that although checks will be accepted for deposits they are NOT accepted on the day of the party.  Parties are not fully confirmed without a deposit.

*Do you allow outside foods?

No. We do not allow outside foods for the protection of our costumes.

*Can we customize our cupcakes?

We order white cupcakes with white icing and know that these will not stain our dresses.  You may however, bring your own cupcake toppers.

* Can family attend the party?

Absolutely!  Please keep in mind we do have a limited space.  We will serve adults tea and cupcakes during tea time.  It is a great practice to add an extra dozen cupcakes for added adults.  These are $7/dozen and must be ordered 2 days prior to your party.  We also offer lemon water for the adults to enjoy during the duration of the party.

* Do we need to come early?

Arrival within 10 minutes of your party is sufficient.  Often times we will be resetting the Parlor from a previous party.  We want everything to be perfect for each party.

* Do you have office hours?

No. We are open by appointment only.  Feel free to give us a call if you would like to take a tour and a time will be arranged.

* Can boys come to the party?

We are not set up for boy party and find that many times boys become bored quickly.  There is not much to do for a boy during hair and make-up time which encompasses the first hour of the party.  Therefore, we recommend that you do not invite boys to your party.  Boys such as brothers that do attend will be incorporated in the party as much as they will tolerate.
